Messaging Hours

In order to look out for my own health and well being, we'll be implementing more rigid messaging hours. Sexy Eddie's will be actively responding to messages between 12pm and 11pm EST, Tuesday to Friday. Sexy Eddie's will be closed entirely Sundays to Mondays. While you may receive order updates after hours, we likely wont be responding to new messages.  

Payment, Refunds, Changes and Cancelations

If you have a change of heart after ordering you are able to change your colours or customisations any time before your order has started but we do not offer refunds. You have 10 days from the time the invoice is sent to make payment in full. After the 10 days have passed your order will automatically be cancelled. We do not accept payment plans, and we will not start making your gear until after the invoice has been paid. 

Current turn around time is 1-3 weeks

SPC turn around time is 6-12 weeks depending on materials 

Warranty 

If you find a problem with your gear when it arrives message us for a possible repair or replacement.

If your vest malfunctions (if damage occurs due to a sewing or other manufacturing error) you may message Sexy Eddie's for either a replacement or repair dependent on the malfunction. If the vest has been modified in any way (either by sewing on additional components or seam ripping in anyway) your warranty is automatically void unless stated otherwise in advance by Sexy Eddie's. Not all damages are covered under this warranty. Damages such as fabric ripping or components discoloring are not covered, but you can always message and ask if you are unsure. We are always willing to answer questions and aim to assist our customers as much as possible.

Warranty expires 6 months from arrival date.

Need a repair that isn't covered under warranty? We're now offering repairs and adjustments on any and all Sexy Eddie's gear. You can read more about that in our EXTRA INFO tab. 

Order Updates

We send out standard updates when your fabric is cut, items are finished, and order is shipped out. On orders with custom vinyl lettering, you will also get updates once your vinyl is mocked up, cut and applied. PLEASE take these updates as an opportunity to double check spelling and grammar. We will also do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays such as materials we are waiting on, the exact date orders will be shipped out and give you the tracking number as soon as we have it.

Colour Matching, Sew On Patches and Already Purchased Fabrics 

Colour Matching

While we can't guarantee an exact match (especially threw photos) we will do our absolute best to make sure everything matches as close as possible and we can always provide photos so you can decide if you want to go with the match or pick a new combination. 

Sew On Patches

While we don't make patches, we can sew patches on to your gear before sending it out to you. Have your custom or premade patches sent directly to Sexy Eddie's (or ship them yourself) and we can put them directly on to your vest at no extra charge.

Already Purchased Fabrics

Have a fabric at home you want gear made of or just not like what we currently have available? Just like the the sew on patches you can ship or have your choice in fabric shipped directly to Sexy Eddie's to have your gear made with. Quantities needed will depend on sizing and what you want made. Scraps will be sent back to you with your gear upon request and a discount will be given for material costs.
